What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis as a therapeutic tool. Hypnosis is not generally understood. Hypnosis is an Altered State of Consciousness (ASC). This refers to the electrical brain activity. Being at work is one level of brain activity. Watching a movie or reading a book is another level of brain activity. Sleeping is yet another level of brain activity. Our brain activity is altered, changed, depending on what we are doing.


Our Method

We use a light altered state of consciousness. By "light" is meant that the client is always aware, conscious, of the process they are experiencing.
